The AAUP-USM chapter held a meeting Friday afternoon. While the prospect of additional federal stimulus funding dominated discussion of the budget crisis, a handout from the Mississippi Economic Policy Center recommending a "balanced" approach to the state's fiscal meltdown caught my attention.
