Hurricane Katrina

According to damage estimates calculated by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, over 241,000 homes and rental units were damaged by Hurricane Katrina. To date, the state has allocated over $5 Billion in CDBG funds to respond to the recovery. The following papers and briefs provide policy recommendations to facilitate an equitable recovery.
